NORMAND spreader is perfect to spread sand, salt and other aggregate
to control ice and snow on driveways, parkings lots and side walks.
This heavy duty spreader is mounted and dismounted easily on pick-up
and platform trucks 3/4 to 1 ton. The in-cab control panel allows
you to operate the gas engine, the conveyor and the spinner.

- Full welded 12 ga. steel.
- 45 degree sloped sides walls for free flow of material to conveyor.
- Four corner lift hooks, easy mounting and removing from your truck.
- Epoxy primer and a coat of uretane paint.
- Continuous welding prevent rusting.

FLOW GATE
Adjustable rear gate mounted on polyethylene UHMV skid allows you
to control the flow of material.

CONTROL PANEL
In-cab control panel permit you :
- To start, stop and choke the engine.
Engine running indicator
light.
- To control the engine RPM (throttle) at variable speed.
- Control the conveyor and spinner with the clutch on tree
differents positions switch (on/off/blast). Clutch running
indicator light.
- Cable for installing control panel in-cab with fast
coupling
near spreader.
- Battery cable included. Battery not included.

CONVEYOR
- 12” conveyor chain with cross bars every 5”.
- Conveyor chain bender.
- All roller bearing are equipped with grease fittings.
- Gear box is driven with a #40 roller chain.

HYDRAULIC DRIVE
Optional hydraulic drive : Available with single hydraulic motor
drive, or dual hydraulic motor drive for independent conveyor and
spinner speed control. Vehicule must be equipped with a hydraulic
system capable of producing 12 GPM at 1500 PSI.
